Protocols for NZBRN data use |
The information in NZBRN is supplied by users and is open access. Standards are maintained through periodic checking of records by the NZBRN advisory board or its subcommittees and informally by the users. Accordingly NZBRN cannot accept responsibility for the source or accuracy of data, but sources are visible and can be therefore verified. |
We advise that copying or other use of data from NZBRN be acknowledged in any resulting outputs. Individuals who contribute more than 100 records or records important to some analysis should be given a choice to co-author any resulting outputs. |
